摘要
猕猴桃‘秦美’花后 2 0d ,用CPPU 2 0mg/L水溶液浸蘸幼果 ,采收时果实干、鲜重分别是对照的 174 .2 8%、 167.31% ,但干重占鲜重的百分率没有显著差异。应用 14 C放射性标记的方法研究果实经CPPU处理后库力的变化 ,结果表明 ,处理后果实调运光合产物的能力显著增强 ;邻近果实的叶片Pn活体测定结果显示 ,果实库力变化对叶片Pn没有显著影响。
Qinmei’( Actinidia deliciosa )was used to investigate the influence of CPPU on the sink and source with isotope techniques.The sink strength of photosynthate for developing fruit was significantly enhanced after treatment with CPPU.No marked change on the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of leaf close to the fruits was observed after CPPU was applied to the fruits.The fresh and dry weight of the fruit dipped in 20mg·L -1 of CPPU solution 20 days after flowering was 174.28%,167.31% respectively at harvest when compared with control.But the ratio of DW/FW in fruit was not changed by CPPU.
