摘要 1902年上海广学会出版的小说集《安仁车》,由林乐知及其女婿刘乐义所译,现藏哈佛燕京图书馆,是汉语基督教文献研究领域未被讨论而又较重要的作品。该书收入50篇证道故事,文本源是D.L.Moody的证道故事集。本文从三方面进行讨论,一是该书的文本源问题;二是修正"以耶补儒"的理论;三是林乐知的基督教本位。 Published by ＂Society for the Diffusion of Christian and General Knowledge Among the Chinese＂ in Shanghai 1902, Illustrations of Christian Truth （ Anren Che） was translated by Young John Allen and his son-in-law George R. Loehr, and now is held in Havard-Yenching Library. This is a very important yet ignored work in Chinese Christian Literature Studies. It includes fifty short stories from D. L. Moody＇s Anecdotes. The dis- cussion of this essay has three folds. The paper is first to trace back to the original source texts; secondly to rectify Allen＇s theory of ＂supplemented Confucianism with Christiani- ty＂, and the thirdly to discuss Allen＇s Christian standpoint.
