响应面优化酸枣仁皂苷提取工艺研究 被引量:4

Response Surface Optimization Extraction of Saponins from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae(Suanzaoren)

摘要 利用响应面优化酸枣仁皂苷提取工艺研究。通过单因素试验分析了提取过程中乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取温度、提取时间等因素对酸枣仁皂苷提取率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面试验获得了从酸枣仁中提取酸枣仁皂苷的最佳条件,即提取温度为78.5℃,提取时间为3 h,乙醇体积分数为82.3%,料液比1︰22.3(g/mL),在最佳提取条件下,酸枣仁皂苷提取率为1.66%。 By using the response surface optimization Saponins from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae (Suanzaoren). Through the single factor test analysis of the extraction process of ethanol concentration, feed liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time and so on factors on the influence of extraction Saponins from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae (Suanzaoren). In the single factor test based on response surface test obtained from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae (Suanzaoren), the optimum condition of the immediate extraction temperature is 78.5℃, extracting time for 3 h, ethanol concentration is 82.3%, material liquid ratio 1 : 22.3 (g/mL), in the best extraction conditions, return method extraction Saponins from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae (Suanzaoren) extraction yield was 1.66%.
