摘要 对比研究了4种分光光度法测定水中铁含量,分别建立了每种方法的标准曲线,测定4种方法的检出限并评价4种方法精密度与准确度,比较4种方法回归方程的相关系数、检出限、回收率和相对标准偏差。结果表明:硫氰酸根分光光度法和苯芴酮-吐温-20体系分光光度法测定水中铁含量操作简单,检测试剂相对安全,检出限较低,准确度和精密度高,后者方法检出限最低为0.006 4μg/mL;平均回收率为100.40%最接近于100%;相对标准偏差偏离较小,该法对于测定铁含量低的样品比较适合。 This article study the four kinds of spectrophotometric method of determination of iron content in water comparatively, a standard curve for each method was established respectively, the detection limit of each detection methods was measured and each methods of precision and accuracy were evaluated respectively, and four detection methods of regression equation coefficients, limit of detection, recovery and relative standard deviation were compared. The results show that: thiocyanate spectrophotometry and Phenylfluorone-Twain-20 spectrophotometric of determination of iron content in the water is simple, relatively safe detection reagents, the lower limit of detection, accuracy and precision. Determination of iron content can complement each other. The latter detection limit of the method which is the lowest than the other three methods is 0.006 4 μg/mL; Average recovery was 100.40% , it is closest to 100%; The deviation of relative standard deviation is the smaller than the other three methods. The method is more suitable for the determination of the samples of low iron content.
