两种工况下锻压组合机架的接触特性分析 被引量:3

摘要 以某锻压机为研究对象,基于ANSYS有限元软件,采用过盈配合法模拟因预紧产生的框架内力,确定了过盈量与预紧力的关系.针对锻压过程的镦粗(工况1)和拔长工况(工况2),通过分析开缝系数、接触状态、接触压力、危险拉杆的拉应力以及立柱的弯曲变形,讨论了预紧力与偏心距等对锻压组合机架接触特性的影响.结果表明拔长工况比镦粗工况更为危险,且开缝系数应满足以下标准,即上横梁与立柱的接触面积大于0.5,且开缝系数β≤2.3.研究结果可为锻压机的结构设计提供理论依据. Taking a forging press as research object,relationship between the magnitude of interference and preload w as determined by method of interference fit based on the ANSYS softw are.By analyzing the gap coefficient,contact state,contact pressure,tensile stress of dangerous tension rod and bending deformation of column,the effects of preload and eccentricity on the contact characteristics of combination frame w ere analyzed for the upsetting(condition 1) and draw ing out(condition 2) in processes of forging and pressing.The results show that the condition of draw ing out is more dangerous than that of the upsetting,and the gap coefficient should meet the follow ing criteria: the contact area betw een the top rail and column greater than 0.5 and the gap coefficient β≤2.3.The results may provide a theory basis for structure design of forging press.
