摘要
人脑是自然界中最复杂的系统之一。据估计,成年人大脑中约有10^11个神经元,这些神经元通过约10^15个突触互相连接,形成了高度复杂的大脑结构网络,因此,在单神经元甚至是神经突触分辨水平可视化全脑神经元网络研究上实现突破,是理解脑功能和脑疾病的基础。人脑连接组是对脑功能的神经连接通路及其网络结构进行全面解析、模拟以揭示人脑工作机理的研究。
