摘要
采用曲柄滑块机构作为残膜回收机的分离机构 ,对其分离原理进行分析并建立数学模型 ,然后采用约束坐标轮换法优化相关参数。根据优化结果设计曲柄滑块机构 ,试验表明其分离效果显著 ,分离率为 98%。
Crank and slipper mechanism is used as a separating mechanism of a used film collector.Its separating principle is analyzed,its mathematical model established and then the related parameters optimized by using a method of constraint coordinate transformation.According to its optimal results,crank and slipper mechanism is designed,and the experiment shows that the effect of separation is obvious and the separation efficiency reaches 98%.
