摘要
通过对澳大利亚葡萄和葡萄酒的考察 ,综合国内外有关资料 ,介绍了澳洲葡萄酒业的总体情况、主要产区和酒厂及设备和工艺。
Based on a general review of grape and wine in Australia,its overall conditions,wine production zone,wine processing and its vinification technology are introduced in this paper.
