摘要
在对国内外25所知名图书馆利用社会网络服务情况进行调研的基础上,结合实际,探索在人人网、微博、视频网站等社会网站上整合图书馆资源的"社会网络上的图书馆"和在书目系统、水木搜索和主页中嵌入书封、评论、标签、聊天机器人、书之秘语游戏等社会化元素的"图书馆中的社会网络"服务模式,全方位介绍清华大学图书馆基于社会网络理念打造图书馆泛在服务的实践。
Based on the investigation on 25 representative libraries integrating library services with social networks, Tsinghua University Library explores the service modes both in the aspect of "library services on social network sites" in putting library resources on the Renren site, microblog, video website and so on and in the aspect of "social networking in libraries" in integrating covers, reviews, tags, the chatting robot, booktalk in the library OPAC, discovery services system and homepage. This paper discusses the practice of constructing ubiquitous services based on social network ideas.
