Peki its umverslty as well as indi scientific research competitiveness, viduals from multiple global community and at departmen perspectives, t level, which ng University Library uses bibliometrics method to assess measures performance of the university, the departments and makes comparative analysis on the performance in the aims to identify the university＇s research strengths, cornpetitive advantages, challenges and opportunities. It is hoped to be beneficial to the decision making of the university management.
