摘要
由于管件自身结构的特殊性，管件冲孔一直是冲模设计上的难点。这里详细介绍了一种新颖的矩形管半自动冲孔模的设计，该模具采用了浮动5模以及半自动送料机构，实现了管件的高速冲孔。
Due to specificity of tube tittings self structure,tube fittings punching die has always been a mmcult point of punching die design.Hereby detailedly introduce a kind of new design of semi automatic punching die for rectangular tube,this mould using floating 5 moulds and semi automatic parts feeding mechanism,realize high speed punching die of tube fittings.
