摘要
上世纪90年代,以"理论要点"为代表的研究成果较系统地回答了发展高等教育事业的一系列重大问题。历经20年,我国高等教育在理论自觉进程中不断发展、进步。同时,高等教育的功能与属性、素质教育、教学改革等重大理论问题仍待进一步讨论。因而有必要在"理论要点"的基础上,对教育思想观念进行再梳理、再凝聚、再提升。"中国特色高等教育思想体系"这一命题本身包含十分丰富的内涵,理论构建工作仍需做一番努力。
In the 1990s, research achievements which represented by theoretical pointssystematically answered a series of questions on developing higher education. After 20 years, with theimprovement oftheoreticalconsciousness, Chinese higher education has been continuouslydevelopedand improved. Meanwhile, some significant theoretical issues such as the functions and attributes of higher education, quality education, andeducational reformstill need further discussion. Therefore, it is necessary to re-analyze, re-condense and reimprove the educational concepts on the basis of theoretical points. Since the connotation of Ideological Systemof Higher Education with Chinese Characteristics" is extremely rich, we should do much more efforts on theory construction.
