摘要
在求职过程中高校毕业生需要面对信息不对称所带来的困扰,信息的有效性会对雇佣双方的匹配效率产生重要作用,而求职途径是雇佣双方信息交换的管道与平台,求职途径的选择影响了双方评价的效率和结果。由北京大学教育学院实施的"全国高校毕业生就业状况调查"数据显示,近年来,高校毕业生对求职渠道的选择发生了明显的改变。本研究利用调查数据,使用定量方法对高校毕业生求职途径的选择进行分析,发现人力资本变量和社会资本变量对毕业生求职途径的选择,在不同的劳动力市场中发挥不同的作用。
College graduates need to face the information asymmetry in job search process. The efficiency of information affects the matching result of job searching. Meanwhile, job searching method is the channel of information exchange, which impacts the efficiency and result of evaluation and employment. The National College Students' Employment Surveys that conducted by Peking University showed that the choice of job search methods of college graduates changed rapidly in recent years. This study uses quantitative methods to analyze the factors of job search methods and finds that the effect of human capital and social capital on job search method is different in between labor market sectors.
