摘要
权力文化是指组织内部各主体在实现自身影响力的过程中所呈现的文化特征,包括共同遵守的价值承诺、形成的制度规范和行为方式系统三个重要方面。权力文化协调了权力的刚性与文化的柔性,对于组织的发展具有重要意义。合并高校内部权力结构的调整必然带来对权力文化的诉求。生成合并高校内部的权力文化,就要求原本属于不同院校的权力主体相互沟通、妥协,通过制度安排和机制调节来推动横向与纵向权力的融合。
Power Culture refers to the cultural characteristics of Subject in organization which show during the process of its influence. That includes value commitments, norms and behavior systems to abide by. It coordinates the rigidity of power and the flexibility of culture. It is great significance for the organization's development. The change of power structure brings about the power culture demands in merged university inevitably. At the same time, power culture is affected by many factors. To exclude the interference of adverse factors, generating the power culture in merged university, requires that the subjects who belong to different schools to communicate and compromise mutually and adjust to promote the integration of horizontal and vertical power through institutional arrangements and mechanism.
