摘要
用扫描电镜观察了产自不同地域的 14株毛茛花粉形态 ,发现毛茛花粉粒为圆球形 ,种内比较一致 ;但萌发孔类型、外壁纹饰和大小等方面种内具显著多态现象 ,因个体的不同而有差异。以萌发孔类型可分为 4种 :1) .无萌发孔 ;2 ) .三沟 ;3) .散沟 ;4) .近散孔 ,其中散沟为基本类型 ;按外壁纹饰特征可分为外壁具带刺疣状纹饰和小刺状纹饰两类。
The pollen morphology of 14 Ranunculus japonicus Thunb.individuals from different areas were observed by a scanning electron microscope.Shape of the pollen grains are spheroidal,no difference between individuals,but remarkable polymorphism in the structure of aperture and exine ornamentation of pollen grains was shown in the study.The pollen grains can be divided into four different types:1)nonaperture,2)tricolpate,3)pericolpate,4)pantoporate,based on the characteristics of apertures;The pericolpate is the main type of the species;Two types of pollen grains,clavate with spinules and echinate,can be recognized according to the exine ornamentation.An evolutionary relationship among the pollen types was established,i.e.nonaperture→tricolpate→pericolpate→pantoporate.
