摘要
随着互联网、用户、信息资源等内外环境的变化,高校图书馆面临着与过去完全不同的挑战。如果能够引入客户关系管理、供应链管理等思想,在分析自身所面临环境的基础上,坚持图书馆的服务理念,实施有针对性的策略或者措施,就能够更好地为用户服务,最终实现新环境下高校图书馆的发展。
With the change of the internal and external environment of the Internet, users, and information resources, etc., university libraries are facing such a challenge that is completely different from the past. If university library can introduce the ideas of customer relationship management and supply chain management, and insist on the library' s service concept and implement the targeted strategies or measures based on analyzing the environment in which university library is being, can it will be able to serve users better, and ultimately realize its development in the new environment.
