我国钢铁企业转型期竞争情报面临的挑战与对策

The Challenges and Countermeasures for Chinese Steel Enterprises’ CI( Competitive Intelligence) in the Transitional Period

针对当前我国钢铁企业转型期的发展现状,分析了新环境下钢铁企业竞争情报中竞争对手、竞争环境、情报收集、反竞争情报以及情报组织模式方面面临的挑战,提出了针对性的对策,以使竞争情报在企业的转型升级中发挥出极其重要的作用。

Based on the present condition of Chinese steel enterprises in the transitional period, this paper analyzes the competitors, competitive environment, information collection, defensive competitive intelligence, and the challenges for intelligence organization mode in CI of the steel enterprise under the new environment,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for making CI play its very important role in enterprises＇ transformation and upgrade.
