随着改革开放的深入发展以及现代化、城市化进程的加快,济南市的城市文化生态发生了巨大变化。发挥优势,突出特色,加快文化繁荣发展步伐,增强区域文化软实力成为摆在每一个文化单位和文化工作者面前的新课题、新任务,更是当前图书馆事业发展的一个焦点。图书馆资源建设要适应社会需求,满足地方经济、文化建设的需要,着力反映本地极具特色的非物质文化遗产资源。依据济南市总体发展目标,围绕"名城保护工程",分析了济南特色数据库建设的必要性,阐述了济南特色数据库建设的内容,并提出了济南特色数据库建设的对策及建议。

Along with the deep development of the reform and opening up and the speeding up of the modernization and urbanization, the urban cultural ecology of Jinan City has changed dramatically. Exerting advantages, highlighting features, speeding up the pace of cultural prosperity and development, and enhancing the regional cultural soft power have become not only the new tasks before all cultural institutions and cultural workers, but also the focal points of the current development of librarianship.Library＇s resources construction should adapt to the needs of the society, meet the requirements of local economic and cultural construction, strive to reflect the intangible cultural heritage resources with the local characteristics. According to Jinan＇s overall development goal, and around the famous city protection project, this paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of Jinan＇s characteristic database, expounds the contents of the construction of Jinan＇s characteristic database, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of Jinan＇ s characteristic database.
