This paper analyzes the importance of speeding up the transformation of the Shanxi＇ s sci-tech achievements with intellectual property, probes into the features of the industrialization of Shanxi＇s sci-tech achievements with intellectual property and their transformation modes, and puts forward some new measures for the transformation of the sci- tech achievements with intellectual property under the new economic conditions of Shanxi Province.
