摘要
根据高校图书馆服务的定位,论述了高校图书馆服务文化的起源和定义,分析了服务文化的目标,研究了服务文化的组成结构,提出了构建图书馆服务文化体系的措施。
According to the positioning of the service of university library, this paper discusses the origin and definition of university library＇ s service culture, analyzes the target of the service culture, studies the structure of service cuhure, and puts forward some measures for the construction of library＇ s service culture.
