This paper introduces the contents and technical connections of the three plans of 〈Tiayuan City＇s Urban Master Plan〉, 〈Taiyuan City＇ s Land Use Plan〉 and 〈Taiyuan City＇ s National Economy And Social Development Plan〉, and from the technical level, analyzes the important significance of the ＂integration of three plans in one＂ on the urban construction and development, probes into the guiding ideas and principles of the ＂integration of three plans in one＂, expounds the contents of the urban planning of the ＂integration of three plans in one＂, trying to provide references for the compilation and management of Taiyuan City＇d three plans.
