摘要
利用在真空加热炉内充入低压氩气的方法,对 D2钢进行加热和淬火处理,则 D2钢模具表面光洁度高,表面成分无变化,同时模具的变形量小,耐磨性有较大的提高。将这种真空热处理的 D2 钢制成的冷作模具应用于实际生产中,其使用寿命较之经盐浴加热处理的提高 33%。从而证明这是提高 D2 钢冷作模具的一种有效热处理工艺。
The dies made from steel D2 offers high surface smoothness,no change in surface constituent,small deformation and improved wearability if the steel is heated and quenched in a vacuum furnace in which the low-pressure argon is filled. Such cold-working dies will have,as proved by commercial applications,a service life 33% longer than those heat-treated in salt baths.This method of vacuum heat-treatment is therefore regarded as an effective process for die steel D2.
