基于DEA的工业企业科技投入与创新绩效评价研究——以山西省为例 被引量:2

Research on Innovation Performance Evaluation of Investment in Science and Technology Industrial Enterprises Based on DEA ----Case Study of Shanxi Province

摘要 本文选择工业企业科技投入与创新问题作为切入点,借助DEA方法对山西省工业企业科技投入的绩效水平进行评价研究。研究结果表明,1996年后科技投入产出水平不断增加,绩效水平随之增长,但整体创新绩效还相对较低,21年中总效率值为1,达到DEA有效的决策单元有8个,只占总体的38%,其余均为非DEA有效。科技经费的相关投入存在较大的冗余,经费投入的利用率及转化率不高。 This paper analyzes investment and innovation in science and technology industrial enterprises as the breakthrough point, based on the DEA method of evaluating the research to the Shanxi Province industrial enterprise performance levels, results showed that the science and technology input and output levels also increased after 1996, the performance level rise, but its overall innovation performance is relatively low, 21 years total efficiency value is 1, DEA effective decision unit has reached eight, accounts for only 38% of the total, the rest are not DEA efficient. Science and technology funding investment is related to redundancy, the utilization rate of funds investment and the conversion rate is not high. Therefore, countermeasures must be taken.
