摘要
不凝气体(NCG)是影响热虹吸环路稳态热性能的重要因素。本文向热虹吸环路内主动充装氮气模拟实际的不凝气体,获得了不凝气体含量、加热功率、热沉形式等参数对于系统稳态运行特性的影响。实验结果表明,NCG提高了蒸发器温度,进而改变整个系统的温度分布。随NCG含量增加,总热导降低,系统的传热和散热能力随之下降。NCG对工作性能的影响在低温下更加显著。
Non-condensable gas (NCG) is one of the main causes affecting the steady-state operating char- acteristics of the loop thermosyphon. Nitrogen was injected into the loop thermosyphon as NCG, and the steady-state operating characteristics of the loop thermosyphon with NCG was systematically studied for different NCG inventories, heat loads applied to the evaporator, and heat sink conditions. Experimental re- sults reveal that NCG elevates the operating temperature of the evaporator. The more NCG exists, the lower the total thermal conductance thus the heat transfer capability of the loop thermosyphon. Moreover, the ef- fect of the NCG was pronounced at the low temperature region
