摘要
远程教育教学行为分析有利于正确把握教师的行为特点,改进教师管理和督导工作,为教师提供针对性、个性化的指导和服务。根据远程教育的特点和实践,提出了远程教育学习行为分析指标体系。将SOM网络引入教学行为分析,构建了复杂因素的教学行为智能分析模型,解决了数据分析中多维向量的有效聚类的难题。实例验证表明,模型能够较好的实现对教学行为的分析。
Teaching behavior analysis of distance teachers is conducive to grasping teaching behavior characteristics of teachers correctly, provides the targeted and personalized guidance and services for teachers, presents behavior analysis index system of distance teaching according to the classification teaching ideas and distance teaching practice, introduces SOM network into teaching behavior analysis, constructs smart teaching behavior analysis model of the complicated factors, solves the effective clustering problem of multidimensional vector in the data analysis. Example shows that the model can better realize the analysis of teaching behavior.
