摘要
BIM建筑信息模型是通过数字信息仿真模拟建筑物所具有的真实信息,它是信息化发展的产物,它的出现使建筑行业正在经历着一次信息化的革命。文章主要介绍了目前BIM技术在我国的应用现状,分析了国内关于BIM应用的三种模式:设计方主导模式、施工单位主导模式、业主方主导模式。并从法律、技术、管理这三个角度分别探讨了BIM技术在国内发展存在的一些障碍,给出了相应的解决办法,为推动BIM技术在国内建筑业应用提供参考。
As a result of the development of information technology, building information modeling imitates the real building through digital simulation. It makes the construction industry experiences a revolution of information. First, this paper mainly introduces the present situation of the application of BIM tech- nology in our country and analyzes three application patterns including the designer dominant mode b, the construction unit dominated mode and owner party dominant mode. Then, the paper discusses some obstacles of BIM technology from the perspective of law, technology and management. To solve these problems, the paper also tries to give some solutions.
