摘要
本文主要研究了多媒体网络通讯技术的应用情况,分析了多媒体技术的研究状况,从系统结构、系统功能、系统特点等方面阐述了新技术的应用前景,对电子政务高清视频会议的实施提出了相关建设性意见与建议。
