章丘市8例卡介苗反应性淋巴结炎的处置

目的通过对章丘市8例接种卡介苗反应性淋巴结炎处置过程的描述,为今后正确处理疫苗接种异常反应积累经验。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对章丘市8例接种卡介苗反应性淋巴结炎的处置情况进行分析。结果 8例接种卡介苗反应性淋巴结炎均按照国家有关规定进行了补偿处置。结论发生接种卡介苗反应性淋巴结炎的主要原因有个体差异因素和疫苗因素、接种操作两个方面。应提高接种安全性,避免预防接种异常反应纠纷的发生。

objective To Zhangqiu city in 8 cases of BCG reactive lymphadenitis disposal process description, for the future to correctly handle the vaccination experience abnormal reaction. Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to Zhangqiu city on 8 cases of BCG reactive lymphadenitis disposal analysiss. Results 8 cases of BCG reactive lymphadenitis were in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state for compensation management. Conclusion BCG lymphadenitis cause reaction are the main factors, individual differences and vaccine inoculation operation two aspects. Should improve the vaccination safety, avoid the occurrence of adverse events following immunization disputes.
