摘要
目的了解绵阳市市售食品中甜蜜素和糖精钠是否超范围、超量使用。方法从绵阳城区及所辖的安县、三台县、江油市的大型超市、农贸市场、学校附近零售店等不同地点采集食品样品,用色谱法进行检测分析。结果共抽检食品样品208份,193份合格,合格率92.79%;47份样品检出甜蜜素,检出率22.60%;79份样品检出糖精钠,检出率37.98%。结论绵阳市市售食品中甜蜜素和糖精钠的检出率较高,而在食品标签上却不作任何明示,相关部门应采取措施,加强监管,以保护消费者的知情权和身体健康。
[ Objective ] To understand whether the concentration range of sodium cyclamate and saccharin sodium in market food is over standards in Mianyang City. [ Methods ] Food samples were collected or purchased from supermarket, farm product market and retail store near by school in Mianyang, An County, Santai County and Jiangyou City, and detected by chromatography method. [ Results] A total of 208 food samples were detected, 193 samples were qualified, and the qualification rate was 92.79% ; sodium cyclamate was detected in 47 samples and the detection rate was 22.60% ; saccharin sodiuma was detected in 79 samples and the detection rate was 37.98%. [ Conclusion] The detection rate of sodium cyclamate and saccharin sodiuma is high in market food of Mianyang City, but there are not clear instructions in food labels. Pertinent measures should be taken by relevant departments to protect the consumer's right to know and their health.
