党组织的支持对地震灾区大学生幸福感的提升作用

Promotion effect of party organization's support on happiness of college students in earthquake disaster area

目的通过对212名汶川大地震灾区大学生的调查,了解党组织2008—2011年4年来对灾区学生的生活、心理、精神等支持性活动对回升或提高他们幸福感的效果。方法采用组织的支持量表、总体幸福感量表,对四川文理学院灾区大学生进行开放式问卷调查,内容为"党组织的支持与我的幸福感"。对所有数据采用SPSS 13.0软件进行处理,主要包括差异性检验、一般相关分析和回归分析等。结果组织支持(β=0.722)对总体幸福感的影响具有统计学意义。灾区大学生的总体幸福感与生活支持和心理支持也存在着明显相关性。结论党组织只要坚持以科学发展观为指导,扎实开展创先争优活动,切实关心灾区大学生的疾苦,充分发挥服务功能,就一定能在灾区大学生幸福感的重建中起着巨大的引领和推动作用。

[ Objective ] To investigate 212 college students in Wenchuan earthquake disaster area, understand the effect of party or- ganization＇s support activities, including life, psychological and mental support, on recovering or improving their happiness from 2008-2011. [ Methods ] By using organization support scale and general well-being schedule, an open questionnaire survey was con- ducted among students from earthquake disaster area in Sichuan University of Arts and Science, and the content was the party~ sup- port and my happiness. The data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 software, including the difference test, correlation analysis and re- gression analysis. [ Results] The organizational support （[3 = 0. 722） had significant influence on the overall sense of happiness. The overall happiness of students in disaster area had significant correlation with life support and psychological support. [ Conclusion] Only the party organization adhere to the scientific concept of development as guidance, carry out ＂excel in the per- formances＂ activities, concern about the sufferings of students in disaster area, and implement the service function, if it would play a huge promotion role in the reconstruction of happiness in college students from earthquake disaster area.
