摘要
针对目前大学生复杂的心理问题,探讨如何提高他们心理健康。以井冈山大学26名体育舞蹈学生为实验对象,运用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计方法对他们心理健康标准指标数据得分值进行分析研究。结果显示:实验前体育舞蹈艺术教育的大学生心理健康标准不宜乐观,实验后大学生心理健康标准指标数值提升非常快,各项健康标准指标数值均为心理较健康,效果非常显著,值得推广;实验后体育舞蹈大学生与实验前在健全的人格和丰富的情感指标中有非常显著性差异,在充沛的精力和没有心理异常指标中有显著性差异、在正常发育的智力指标中没有显著性差异;实验后体育舞蹈大学生提升弧度越大的心理健康标准指标依次为健全的人格、丰富的情感生活、充沛的精力、没有心理异常、和正常发育的智力。
In view of the present college students complex psychological problems,this paper discusses how to improve their mental health.Taking 26 sports dance students in Jing-gang-shan university as subjects,using the literature material method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,their psychological health standard index score data are analyzed.The result shows that before the trial sports dance art education of college students’ mental health standards should not be optimistic,after the experimental,college students’ mental health standard index values increase very fast,the effect is very significant,is worth promoting;after and before the trial,in index of sound personality and emotion of experimental sports dance students has a very significant difference,the energy and non-abnormal psychological indicators have significant difference,in the normal development of the intelligence indicators had no significant difference.
