摘要
运用文献资料法、教学实验法和数理统计法,以宿迁学院2012级两个健美操选修班为研究对象,对渗透式心理健康教育模式在高校健美操教学中的运用进行实验研究。对实验结果进行统计分析,进一步验证在高校健美操教学中渗透心理健康教育能够有效地提升学生的身心健康水平,学生心理健康教育是今后完善学校体育改革的发展方向。
Using the method of document research,teaching experiment and survey statistics,taking two gymnastics classes students of Suqian college as the research object,the pervasive mental health education mode used in university aerobics teaching for empirical is studied.Comparative analysis of the experimental results is made to further validate that penetrate psychological health education in the university sports teaching can effectively improve students’ physical and mental health,physical education and students’ psychological health education is the perfect combination of school physical education reform development direction.
