5种杀菌剂对温室内烟草白粉病的防效调查 被引量:9

摘要 白粉病是烟草的重要真菌病害之一,为了筛选有效的防治药剂,选择5种杀菌剂进行了药效试验。采用载玻片捕获孢子的方法测定接种温室内的粉孢子浓度,让烟株自然发病,尔后喷洒供试杀菌剂。计算病情指数和防效,并进行差异显著性分析。5种杀菌剂防效以25%丙环唑EC最佳,达91.89%,其他药剂防效由高到低依次为40%氟硅唑EC、12.5%腈菌唑EC和0.5%几丁聚糖SL,这3种杀菌剂均优于对照药剂20%三唑酮DP。
