摘要
目的建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC/MS/MS)测定生活饮用水中残留的15种邻苯二甲酸酯。方法水样经玻璃纤维滤膜过滤,直接上UPLC/MS/MS检测,用多反应监测模式检测,外标法定量。结果在0.002 mg/L^0.5 mg/L,15种邻苯二甲酸酯化合物检出浓度与峰面积相关,相关系数都大于0.99。结论本方法简便、快速、适用于饮用水中残留邻苯二甲酸酯测定。
Objective A method was set up for the determination of phthalate esters in drinking water by ultra performance liq- uid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The water sample was filterated through Glass fiber filter mem- brane, directly detected by liquid chromatography - triple quadrupole mass spectrometer, and quantified by external standard method. Results The correlation coefficients of linear calibration curves were over 0.99 within the concentration range of 0.002 mg/L - 0.5 mg/L. Conclusion The method can be routinely used for the determination of phthalate esters in waters.
