云南部分奶源地原料奶中黄曲霉毒素M_1抽检调查 被引量:3

The sampling survey of aflatoxin M_1 in raw milk from part of the dairy region in Yunnan

摘要 目的了解云南部分奶源地原料奶中黄曲霉毒素M1污染现状,为以后的监测提供依据。方法收集奶牛养殖户原料奶50份,企业收购混合原料奶9份,采用免疫亲和层析净化高效液相色谱法检测分析。结果 62.7%样品检出黄曲霉毒素M1,其检出平均值为0.0252μg/kg,最大检出值为0.3960μg/kg。结论原料奶中黄曲霉毒素M1检出率较高,但所有阳性样品检出值都在国家标准限定范围内,总体上属于轻度污染。 Objective To know about the contamination of aflatoxin M1 in raw milk from Yunnan, and to provide a basis for fu- ture monitoring. Methods Fifty raw milk samples from dairy farmers and 9 raw milk samples from corporate were collected and analyzed for aflatoxin M1 detection using high performance liquid ehromatograohy. Results More than a half(67.2% ) of the raw milk samples were detected aflatoxin Mt, the average level of aflatoxin M1 was 0.0252 μg/kg, and the maximum value in all samples was 0. 3960 μg/kg. Conclusion The detection rate of aflatoxin M1 in raw milk was higher, but the detected values of all positive samples were under the limits of National Standards, the total contamination levels were mild pollution.
