舟山地区海水鱼中铅与镉污染现状调查 被引量:3

Investigation on lead and cadmium residue in seafish of Zhoushan area

摘要 目的了解舟山地区海水鱼中铅与镉污染现状,建立海产品污染物数据库。方法选择舟山市所辖定海、普陀、岱山及嵊泗两区两县主要农贸市场,按随机抽样的原则,共采集32种海水鱼,每种海水鱼采集6份,总计192份样本,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测这些样本的铅与镉的残留量。结果所有海水鱼样本均能检出铅与镉,检出率100%,铅残留量中位数范围在4.56×10-2mg/kg^3.89×10-1mg/kg之间,最低的是细眼梅童鱼,最高的是鲨鱼;镉残留量中位数范围在1.5×10-3mg/kg^2.36×10-2mg/kg之间,最低的是鲳鱼,最高的是鲨鱼。海水鱼中铅与镉残留量取决于鱼的食物链层级以及鱼体的大小、种类、年龄等因素。结论舟山地区海水鱼中铅与镉残留量均低于国家卫生标准,处于安全范围之内,可以放心食用。 Objective To understand the situation of Lead and Cadmium residue in seafish from Zhoushan area, and establish the database of pollutants in seafoods. Methods A total of 192 sea - fish samples in 32 species were randomly selected from Dinghai, Putuo, Daishan and Shengsi of Zhoushan city. Lead and Cadmium residues in these samples were detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The Lead and Cadmium residue can be detected in all these seafish samples, the rate was 100% , and the median of Lead residue in all these seafish samples was between 4.56× 10-2 mg/kg to 3.89 ×10-1 mg/kg, the minimum and maximum of Lead residue in all these sea fish were small eyes Mayfish and shark; the median of Cadmium residue in all these seafish samples was between 1.5 × 10-3 mg/kg to 2.36× 10-2 mg/kg, the minimum and maxi- mum quantity of Cadmium residue in all these sea fish were pomfret and shark. The Lead and Cadmium residue in seafish de- pends on fish's food chain level and body size, type, age and other factors. Conclusion The Lead and Cadmium residue in seafish of Zhoushan area are in safe range, lower than national standards, so it is safe for eating.
