食品中维生素B_(12)的测定方法研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 维生素B12(Cyanocobalamin),简称VB12,又称氰钴氨素,是一类含有类似氰钴氨素维生素活性物质的总称。它是目前已经发现的最大、最复杂的维生素分子,也是唯一含有金属离子的水溶性维生素,是人体必需的维生素之一。
