摘要
介绍了一种车用轮边异步电机的技术要求和设计方案,并运用有限元软件对电机的电磁、机械和热性能进行仿真分析。样机试验结果证明,能满足整车系统对电机的要求,且试验数据与仿真计算数据基本吻合。
The technical requirements and design scheme of a wheel hub asynchronous motor was presented. The finite element simulation method was applied to calculate the electromagnetic, mechanical and thermal performance. The test results of the wheel hub asynchronous motor prototype showed the satisfaction of the specifications for the vehicle system and the finite element simulation data was basically coherent with the test data.
