摘要
作为百万级核电发电机的重要核心部件的定子铁心,由于长时间受到交变应力的作用以及温度场的影响,工作环境比较恶劣,尤其是其齿部松紧最为关键。因此,研究百万千瓦核电发电机铁心的轴向压紧机制非常重要,这将直接关系到定子铁心的使用寿命。通过Pro/e软件建立三维模型并用有限元分析软件Ansys对定子端数进行了结构强度分析,计算结果对端部结构设计有一定的参考价值。
Affected by the alternating stress and influenced by the temperature field for the long time, the stator core, a key component of MW Class nuclear generator, worked under a very severe condition. Especially, the tooth tightness of it took a very important role. Therefore, the study on the core axial pressing mechanism of the MW Class nuclear generator became very important subject, which would influence service life of the stator core. The 3D model was established by software of Pro/e while constructional strength analysis was done by software of Ansys. The result was of significant reference for the end construction design.
