摘要 利用H桥式电路结构,采用脉宽调制技术,实现直流电动机四象限可逆运行。为提高系统的调速精度和可靠性,采用转速、电流双闭环PI控制器,并设计了带死区的PWM脉冲发生电路、检测与保护电路以及H桥主电路。经空载和带载测试,证明了系统的动、静态性能指标能够满足直流电机在工业现场的应用。 4-qurdrant PWM (pulse-width modulation) controller of the DC motor was realized applied with the H-Bridge circuit and pulse-width modulation technology. In order to improve the speed accuracy and reliability of the control system, the speed and current double closed loops controller was adopted as well as the PWM generator with dead band, monitoring and protecting the H-Bridge main circuit. After being tested under no-load and full-load condition, the results indicate that the static and dynamic specifications of the speed control system are satisfied for industrial applications.
