摘要
以一台10kV,4极400kW湿式潜水电机为例,运用解析法计算了湿式潜水电机的单边磁拉力,建立了考虑单边磁拉力的转子动力学模型。又利用ANSYS软件提供的subspace法计算了转子四阶临界转速,分析了考虑单边磁拉力时的转子振动特性,为湿式潜水电机转子的动力学分析和设计提供了理论依据。
Taking the 10kV-4p-400kW wet submersible motor as the example, the unbalanced magnetic pull of the wet submersible motor was calculated by the analytic method, while the rotor dynamic model influenced by the unbalanced magnetic pull was established, the quadravalence critical speed of the rotor was estimated by using subspace method coming from the ANSYS software and the vibration characteristic of the motor was analyzed in condition of considering the unbalanced magnetic pull, thus, providing the theoretical foundation for dynamic analysis and design of the wet submersible motor rotor.
