摘要 1000MW汽轮发电机在小轴系试验中出现励磁机一阶临界振动偏大现象,采用了确定小轴系模态振型,提高励磁机轴承座载荷等方法,降低了励磁机一阶临界振动,同时改善了小轴系在工作转速下的振动,并达到减少动平衡次数的效果。 The over large vibration of the exciter under the first critical speed was found when testing the local ro- tor system of 1 000 MW turbine-generator. Such methods as confirming the vibration model-shape of the local rotor system and increasing the load ability of the bearing bracket of the exciter were adopted, to decrease the vibration of the exciter under the first critical speed while improving the vibration of the local rotor system under normal operating speed. Thus, fewer times to conduct the dynamic balance were approached.
