2008-2011年某医院风湿科医疗数据的分析研究

Analysis of Medical Data of Rheumatism Department in One Hospital from 2008 to 2011

目的:通过对风湿科住院患者病种和医疗数据的分析,为优化临床诊疗管理提供依据。方法:采用Excel 2003和SPSS18.0对2008年至2011年某院风湿科住院患者的数据进行整理和分析。结果:患者数逐年递增,平均住院日、均次费逐年下降,随着复杂病种收治、特殊药物应用以及药物成本的升高,药占比逐年上升。结论:明确住院目的、遵循诊疗常规、合理用药、加强医技部门之间合作可以缩短风湿科患者平均住院日,减少医疗费用的支出。

Objective：To provide reference for better clinical practice,the varieties of diseases and medical data of Rheumatism Department in one hospital were analyzed.Methods：The datum of Rheumatism Department wards from 2008 to 2011 were analyzed by using Excel 2003 and SPSS 18.0.Results： The number of patients increased,while the averages of days and costs in hospital decreased yearly from 2008 to 2011.The use of specific drugs（such as biological agents） and cost of drugs was rising,accompanied by admission of patients with complex diseases.Conclusions： The time and costs in hospital would be saved by emphasizing hospitalization aims,following clinical guidelines,using drugs reasonably and cooperating with laboratories.
