摘要
目的:研究多层螺旋计算机体层扫描(multislice spiral computed tomography,MSCT)及图像处理技术在口腔正畸中的临床应用。方法:对36例口腔正畸患者采用MSCT进行扫描,层厚2 mm;薄层重建后,进行多平面重组(multi-planar reformat-ting,MPR)、最大密度投影(maximum intensity projection,MIP)、曲面重建(curved planar reformation,CPR),并联合横轴面图像对患者进行术前诊断。结果:MSCT扫描及图像处理技术能直观、准确地显示口腔牙齿畸形特点,特别是对颌骨内埋伏阻生牙的形态、数目、萌出方向及与周围组织关系。36例口腔正畸患者术前与术后MSCT扫描诊断统一,患者均得到了满意的治疗效果。结论:MSCT扫描及图像处理技术在口腔正畸中的正确应用,可以很好地保证图片质量和保护患者口腔,可作为口腔正畸治疗的重要方法。
Objective:To study the clinical application of multislice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) scanning and image processing technology in orthodontics. Methods: A total of 36 orthodontic patients were examined by MSCT scanning, with thin slices of 2 mm thickness. Multi planar reformatting (MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP), curved planar reformation (CPR) combined with horizontal axis surface images of patients were applied for preoperative diagnosis. Results: MSCT scan ning and image processing technology could show the characteristics of dental abnormalities directly and accurately, especially the number, morphology, erupt direction and the relation of teeth with the surrounding tissues. Pre- and post-operative MSCT scanning diagnosis in 36 orthodontic patients were consistent and all had satisfactory therapeutic effects. Conclusions: Using MSCT scanning and image processing technology properly in orthodontics can primely protect the patient's mouth and ensure the quality of images, which is an important strategy for treatment in orthodontics.
