不同小白菜品种吸收锌能力差异及原因

Zn Uptaken Difference and the Reason in Different Pakchoi(Brassica pekinensis Rupr.)Cultivars

采用土培和液培试验研究了不同小白菜品种植株吸锌量的差异及原因。结果表明 ,不同小白菜品种从土壤介质中累积吸锌能力差异显著 ,这种差异是由于品种间根系形态特征的不同造成的。在低锌条件下 ,小白菜植株吸锌量与根系参数呈显著正相关。

The difference of the amount of Zn uptaken by different pakchoi cultivars under two zinc levels was studied by using methods of soil culture and solution culture. The results showed that there are remarkable differences in capacity to acquire Zn from soils among the six pakchoi cultivars due to the difference of the morphology of the roots. There is a significant positive correlation between the amount of Zn uptaken and the root parameters under low Zn level.
