摘要
目的:探讨脑室腹腔分流术术中及术后的注意点,总结治疗经验。方法:回顾分析13例脑积水病例,采用脑室腹腔分流术治疗,分析其临床表现、影像学特点。结果:术前不适症状均有不同程度缓解,复查头部CT提示扩张的脑室有一定程度缩小。结论:脑室腹腔分流术是治疗脑积水的有效方法;应不断总结脑室腹腔分流术的手术技巧,以使手术操作步骤更合理,手术效果更好。
Objective：To investigate the nuance of ventriculo peritoneal shuntting surgery and to summarize the treatment experience.Methods：The clinical data of 13 patients with hydrocephalus treated by ventriculoperitoneal shuntting,including their clinical manifestations and imaging features（CT and MRI）were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The preoperative symptoms had been relieved in varying degrees after the surgery,and the head CT scanning showed that the size of ventricle became narrow in all cases.Conclusions：ventriculoperitoneal shuntting is an effective method for the treatment of hydrocephalus.
