摘要
盆栽试验结果表明 ,当土壤严重缺钼时 ,冬小麦籽粒中积累的钼很少 ,大部分钼分布在营养器官中 ;随着土壤有效钼含量提高 ,穗部及籽粒中钼积累量迅速增加 ,穗部成为冬小麦积累钼的中心。在田间条件下 ,抽穗期冬小麦叶片钼含量除高氮缺钼处理外均高于穗、茎含量 ,其中以第 3叶钼含量最高 ;成熟期冬小麦籽粒中钼含量因施钼肥和氮肥而增加 ,营养体中钼含量因施氮肥的变化与土壤有效钼含量有关 ,氮肥对籽粒、营养体中钼含量的影响 ,与以往结论不一。
Under pot culture experiment conditions, when the soil available molybdenum content was very low, only a little molybdenum was accumulated by the wheat grains and most of it was distributed in the vegetative organ of the wheat; but the amount of molybdenum accumulated by the spikes and grains was improved rapidly with the increase of soil available molybdenum content, and the spikes became the center of wheat molybdenum accumulation. Under field experiment conditions, the molybdenum concentration in wheat leaves at ear sprouting stage was more than that in the other organs; and the molybdenum content of wheat grains increased when molybdenum and nitrogen were applied. The variation of molybdenum content in vegetative organs due to nitrogen application depended on the soil available molybdenum content.
