摘要
石墨烯具有独特的结构和性质,从石墨烯的成果获得诺贝尔奖以来,其相关研究便引起人们的极大兴趣.本文总结近年石墨烯的研究现状,比较全面地介绍了石墨烯的制备方法和其应用情况.详细介绍了微机械剥离法,液相或气相直接剥离法,氧化还原法,化学气相沉积法,取向附生法,晶体外延生长法,化学分散法,电化学方法,电弧法,爆炸法,自组装法制备石墨烯.以及石墨烯在催化过程,太阳能电池,电子信息,电化学,生物医药等方面的应用.结合本课题组的应用主要用于催化反方向,作了一定的描述.
Graphene has Unique structure and properties. The research of graphene has aroused great interest since the Nobel Prize- winning about graphene was awarded. The graphene research and a more comprehensive description of the graphene preparation methods and its applications in recent years was summarized in this paper. Preparation methods, such as micro mechanical peeling method, the direct removal of the liquid or vapor phase method, oxidation-reduction method, a chemical vapor deposition method, the epitaxial method, the epitaxial growth method, the chemical dispersing method, electrochemical method, an arc method, explosion method, self graphene assembled were reviewed. Graphene in the catalytic process, solar cells, electronic, electrochemical, bio- medicine, and other aspects of the applications were introduced. Combined with the applications in our research group mainly used to catalyze the opposite direction, it was made a certain description.
