摘要
为了验证电子产品的可靠性,需对电子设备进行结构动力学特性研究。本文通过采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对某一电子设备带减振器与不带减振器两种情况进行随机振动的数值仿真,得到了加速度响应和VonMises应力分布。通过得到的结果比较,对电子设备的结构进行了刚度强度的校核,优化了电子设备结构。
In order to verify the reliability of electronic products, it needs research on structural dynamic characteristics of electronic equipment. Using finite element analysis software ANSYS, make numerical simulation of random vibration with two kinds of situations of the electronic installation, the one is with shock absorber, the other one is not. Get the acceleration responses and VonMises stress distribution by the result. Compare the results, and verify inflexibility and strength, so as to optimize structure of electronic devices.
