中国洋泾浜英语的形成

The Creation of Chinese Pidgin English

虽然洋泾浜英语曾经在中国沿海使用了长达两百年的时间,但中国学术界一直未曾重视这一语言现象。本文在搜集丰富的史料基础上,揭示了中国洋泾浜英语的出现、发展、传播以及定型的整个形成过程,并对其在读音、词汇、语法等方面的特殊构造作了简切的论列,大致解决了中英语言接触史上的一个重要的问题,开显了19世纪末到20世纪初这一创造性文化现象的诸多特质。

Chinese academic circles never put attention on the pidgin phenomena of language contact between Chinese and English though Chinese pidgin English(CPE) had been popular along the coast of China for 200 years.This paper represents the creation of CPE and details the process of arising,developing,transmission and setting,and figures out approximately an important issue of contact history between Chinese and English languages.
